Sean (Vincent Kartheiser), a fourteen-year-old boy, and his twelve-year-old sister Jesse (Thora Birch) brave the rugged Alaska wilderness to rescue their bush pilot father after his plane crashes. Along the way, the siblings rescue an orphaned polar bear cub that helps them on their journey.
